8.4 Competent Jurisdiction
Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Brussels (registered office of TAM 7 srl), subject to mandatory rules of territorial jurisdiction protecting consumers (Article 624 of the Belgian Judicial Code — the consumer may always bring proceedings before the court of their domicile).
