In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution within thirty (30) calendar days from notification of the dispute by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email with read receipt confirmation.

Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Brussels (registered office of TAM 7 srl), subject to mandatory rules of territorial jurisdiction protecting consumers (Article 624 of the Belgian Judicial Code — the consumer may always bring proceedings before the court of their domicile).
